clarity and support to figure out what you want and how to make it happen.

Session Types & Information
(If you’ve never had a coaching session with Janet, an introductory session is recommended before signing up for a package.)
- 30 Minutes
After your introductory session, move forward with a coaching package of four sessions.
- 60 Minutes each session
This type of session is for coaching clients who have worked with Janet before and would like to check in for some guidance.

Sometimes we find strength in the company of those who are challenged in the same way you are. These intimate sessions of around 6 people allow positive energy to flow and creative ideas to be born.
